This colorful, whimsical watercolor painting is my impressionistic rendition of a hawksbill sea turtle.
I've painted the tortoiseshell with lush colors of green, yellow & blue. For its head, legs & tail I used a tan color with cute little black spots.
I've been fortunate to snorkel & dive with these lovely marine reptiles swimming around sea reefs.
Such a lovely animal.
